Something can go wrong !!! In our online store you can return what you ordered within 14 days from the day you received it.

If we have made a mistake (sending the wrong or defective product), the pickup from your site is done after consultation with us and the cost of shipping, the company bears the cost of the company.
In any other case that you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so using the mode of transport of your choice, bearing the full cost and responsibility of the transport. Before any return it is recommended to consult us in advance.

• Μαζί με το προϊόν να επιστραφούν και όλα τα έντυπα που το συνοδεύουν, οι οδηγίες χρήσης και τα σχετικά παραστατικά (αποδείξεις ή τιμολόγια).
• Να μην είναι κατά παραγγελία προϊόν.

Order cancellation:

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact our store to inform us. Your order can only be cancelled if the shipping process has not been completed.

If in any case, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather conditions) it is not possible to deliver your order within the time period to which we have committed, we will contact you for further clarifications regarding delivery.
